What is Moms in Motion?
A baby-friendly fitness class where moms can move, rebuild strength, and meet other moms - babies stay with you the whole time. ✨
Can I bring my baby/toddler?
Yes! Babies and tots are always welcome. They can play, nap, nurse, snack or hang out with you during class. Crying is completely normal and never a problem.
how old should my baby be?
Any age!! We have newborns, crawlers, walkers, and toddlers.
I'm postpartum is it safe? I'm Pregnant can I still come?
All movements are prenatal & postpartum safe and modifiable. You go at your own pace and rest anytime you need. Yes We modify everything for pregnancy and focus on strength and mobility.
What should I bring?
Bring whatever makes you and your little one comfortable. - Water- Snacks/toys- A blanket or mat for baby/ Boppy- Diaper bag
How do I sign up?
Use the link in our bio to book your class, or at the top of the website! Your first class can be free or discounted with our current code!
